H. Thomas “Tom” Wagner, Jr. is the Founding and Managing Member of WCAT. Prior to forming WCAT, Tom was a partner with a national firm in which he served as the National Tax Leader for Business Aviation. He is currently serving on the National Business Aviation Association’s Tax Committee Planning Group, as well as, marine industry organizations. He has presented at conferences and seminars on aviation and marine industry matters. He has vast experience with income tax compliance and tax consulting, estate and gift planning, entrepreneurial entity planning, CEO and CFO services and private equity transactions.
